Its emails were previously static, and every recipient saw the same offers regardless of what they had browsed. After an earlier web scraping approach proved ineffective, icelolly.com partnered with Kickdynamic to personalize deal content based on abandoned browse data.

Using a JSON API fed by website and GA data, Kickdynamic helped icelolly.com display searched and abandoned deals in email and resend them automatically the day after a customer abandoned, at scale. The result was a 35% higher open rate, a 201% increase in CTR, and a 45% increase in conversion.
