New Look wanted to drive footfall for in-store promotions and new store openings by connecting email with the in-store experience. It used Kickdynamic to show the nearest stores to a customer’s open location pinned over a map in email, with personalized directions available when clicked.

Kickdynamic created a device-targeted email tag that New Look could add to campaigns on demand. The in-store exclusive offer emails delivered a 2.24% CTR, and the “Locate now” CTA generated 0.27% of total clicks.
