How Boohoo were able to feature six deals over six hours live in one email

Boohoo wanted to offer multiple deals throughout the day in the same email, especially for Black Friday, and needed a format that could stand out in crowded inboxes. It worked with Kickdynamic to use live content for the campaign.

Kickdynamic created an email that showed six different deals, with content updating every hour in real time at every open to reflect the live offer. The email also included a countdown timer, a sneak peek of the next offer, and a “time’s up” message once all deals had expired, encouraging recipients to return to the email and visit the website.
