ASDA worked with Kickdynamic to automate its Daily Alerts emails and address the time and resource required to build, test, and deploy 10 additional emails each month. The supermarket also wanted to keep content and offers live for longer and make emails more relevant to recipients.

Using Kickdynamic’s Content Automation and Open Time Content Automation, ASDA automated daily alerts, personalized product blocks based on propensity to purchase, and added live content such as currency conversions, nearest-store information, and weather forecasts. The result was a reduction in email build time from a minimum of four days to an afternoon per month, with content live at open time and a stronger basis for rolling personalization into more emails.
