PWT Group, a global menswear retailer operating Tojeksperten and Wagner with about 500,000 loyalty members, faced high bounce rates and poor email data from addresses captured at E-POS terminals, which prevented members from receiving communications and redeeming benefits. To address this, PWT Group engaged Kickbox and its real-time email verification API.
Kickbox’s API was integrated into E-POS systems across all stores (a working integration in under 10 hours), enabling staff to validate and correct emails at point of capture. As a result, Kickbox helped PWT Group reduce bounce rates by 15%, increase new loyalty member onboarding, decrease customer service calls, and improve overall loyalty program engagement and database quality.
