Livestorm, a browser-based webinar and web conferencing platform, needed to improve the quality of email addresses collected at signup and registration and deliver a long-requested option to restrict registrants to work email addresses. After finding an in-house solution infeasible to maintain, Livestorm integrated the Kickbox Email Verification API to validate emails in real time and ensure better deliverability and sender reputation.

By integrating the Kickbox API into their platform, account creation, and webinar registration forms, Livestorm enabled hosts to accept only work emails, block disposable/risky addresses, reduce typos with “did you mean” prompts, and save developer time. Kickbox’s verification cut bounced confirmation emails by 3–4×, improved inbox placement and sender reputation, and let Livestorm deliver the requested feature to customers.
