Monetate connected R&B’s content library and data feeds, matched customers across devices, and deployed AI-powered Individual Fit Experiences (IFEs) and Majority Fit Experiences (MFEs) across the site—running 100+ personalized experiences at once. The results: engaged customers saw an 80% higher conversion rate, 30% lift in click engagements, 10% higher average order value, a 45% lift in homepage hero engagement, 109% longer time on site, and the ability to identify about 85% of visitors.
