The business faced high product‑page bounce rates from paid search, untargeted “random” product recommendations, and pressure to lift average order value — all requiring an easy‑to‑use personalization platform that could be quickly tested and rolled out across sister sites.
Regatta implemented Kibo Personalization — using category‑driven and slotted product recommendations, dynamic testing, behavioral targets, and a free‑delivery progress bar — to run rapid experiments and scale winners to Craghoppers and Dare2b. The changes delivered strong lifts: 7.5% increase in revenue per session (RPS), 4% lift in AOV, 5% lift in add‑to‑cart, plus improvements in conversion, page views and new‑visitor conversion, with successful tests rolled out sitewide.
