Reebok Uses Machine Learning Built Into Kibo Personalization To Adapt To Changing Customer Intent Across Seasons

Reebok set out to become the most personalized sporting goods brand but faced the challenge of delivering relevant one-to-one experiences at scale across seasons and channels. To move beyond cookie‑cutter messaging, the brand partnered with Kibo to combine AI with explicit and implicit customer data to better predict intent and personalize the customer journey.

Using Kibo Personalization (powered by Monetate and Certona) and Automated Personalization, Reebok launched tailored experiences — holiday homepage carousels, dynamic product pages, and personalized homepages for returning visitors — that adapt via machine learning. The program drove a 4.2% lift in revenue per session over Black Friday 2020, a 5.5% increase in add‑to‑cart rate and a 12.2% improvement in click‑through rate, while producing insights that enabled regional rollouts and ongoing optimization.
