Honey Birdette, the luxury intimate apparel brand owned by Playboy Group, operates 60+ stores in Australia and locations in the U.S., supported by ecommerce sites and DCs in both regions. Facing high licensing and integration costs from a Salesforce OMS + Mulesoft stack, the retailer sought to reduce expenses and improve omnichannel and associate experiences without sacrificing functionality, on a tight contractual 12-week timeline.

Kibo Order Management, implemented with Perfaware and Boomi integration, replaced the previous stack and preserved — then expanded — omnichannel capabilities (real-time inventory, intelligent routing, Ship-to-Home, BOPIS, STS). Delivered in under 12 weeks, the project added store picking with images, BOPIS transfer for stock-outs, pickup notifications, six fulfillment options, faster time to market and lower operating costs while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
