Case Study: DEME Group improves QHSE engagement and reporting with Kianda

A Kianda Case Study

Preview of the DEME Group Case Study

DEME utilizes no-code business process automation to enhance QHSE processes

DEME Group, a Belgium-based marine engineering company, faced significant challenges with its Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) processes. Their previous tool suffered from a lack of user engagement, was seen as an administrative burden, and had limited reporting and offline capabilities. To overcome this, the company turned to the vendor Kianda and its no-code/low-code development platform to build a new, efficient solution.

Using Kianda's platform, DEME built a custom, in-house QHSE system called Apprise. This solution provided user-friendly online and offline mobile capabilities for reporting incidents and inspections. The results included a great level of user engagement and satisfaction, significant time and cost savings, and enabled easy data reporting and trend analysis. The success with Kianda has made DEME optimistic about using the platform for future business process improvements.
