Foxconn CZ, a major employer in Czechia with over 5,000 employees, faced a significant challenge with its HR department being overloaded by a high volume of routine administrative requests from staff. To operate more efficiently without expanding the department, the company sought a self-service solution and turned to vendor Ki-Wi Digital for its information kiosks.

Ki-Wi Digital implemented 16 multifunctional information kiosks that provided employees with direct access to HR systems for tasks like updating personal data, signing and printing documents, checking wages, and managing vacation requests. This solution dramatically reduced the administrative burden on HR staff and saved time for employees. The implementation was so successful that Foxconn plans to deploy more kiosks, noting their high value in a large corporate environment.
