Case Study: FINEP enhances resident information access with Ki-Wi Digital smart mirrors

The customer, FINEP, a real estate developer, sought to enhance the modern living experience for residents in their residential projects. Their challenge was to provide accessible and convenient information in a way that complemented, rather than disrupted, the interior design of their buildings. To address this, they initiated a pilot project with technology partners, including vendor Ki-Wi Digital, to implement smart mirrors.

The solution involved installing smart mirrors in building foyers, powered by the Ki-Wi Player and managed centrally via the Ki-Wi Server CMS application. This Ki-Wi Digital system allowed FINEP to display a wide range of media content, from news and weather to community updates, on a reflective surface. The project was a success, leading to high resident satisfaction. As a direct result of this positive impact, FINEP plans to implement this Ki-Wi Digital technology in its future residential projects.
