Party Packs, a UK party supplies business founded in 1986, needed a way to manage a growing and highly varied inventory of nearly 20,000 SKUs across a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse. As orders grew across both B2B and B2C channels, they needed tighter control over stock, product variations, bundles, and warehouse operations, and they have relied on Khaos Control since 2003.

Khaos Control provided the team with tools for handling complex variants, packs and bills of materials, as well as warehouse management features, Sales Invoice Manager, HHTs, and barcode scanning to streamline order processing, invoicing, returns, and picking. The result has been a more efficient operation with around 30 staff able to move at least 400 orders a day through the warehouse, helping Party Packs keep pace with growth, and Khaos Control has remained central to their day-to-day workflow.
