Cool Air is a family-owned VW parts supplier based in Dartford, Kent, specializing in Beetles and camper vans. As the business expanded, it was struggling with three separate systems for EPOS, web, and accounts, and its ecommerce site could only display 1,000 of more than 20,000 product lines, forcing the managing director to spend five to seven hours each night manually updating listings.
