Myakka partnered with Khaos Control in 2019 to help manage rapid growth and a more complex warehouse operation. As SKU numbers increased and stock was spread across three warehouses, picking became disorganized, staff relied on memory to find products, and movement around the warehouse was inefficient, creating errors and costly waste.

Khaos Control’s warehouse functionality gave Myakka a more structured layout, better replenishment reporting, and heat mapping to place fast-moving items closer to pickers. As a result, picking and dispatch became faster, labour usage fell steadily over five years, labour spend did not increase despite wage inflation and higher turnover, and picking errors were reduced to a sustained 0.02%.
