Keytree helps London Underground deliver a new way to capture faults

Transport for London (TfL) needed a faster, more responsive way to capture and resolve faults across London Underground after the 2012 Olympics, while also shifting away from a traditional Waterfall approach to Agile working. Keytree was brought in to deliver the project and help TfL’s teams adopt a more flexible way of working.

Keytree researched user needs with staff and passengers, then designed and built a fault reporting application that simplified reporting and captured the right information the first time. Delivered in short Agile iterations, the solution produced working software quickly, gathered ongoing feedback, and helped TfL improve the process for reporting faults while building internal capability to continue developing the app after the project ended.
