Keytree gives Dyson’s SAP Platform a refresh

Dyson partnered with Keytree to refresh and update its ageing SAP back-office servers and storage. The existing SAP platform required consolidation, improved performance, resilience and manageability, and a low‑risk migration approach that would minimise disruption to Dyson’s global operations while enabling a clear handover to the in‑house team.

Keytree worked alongside Dyson’s infrastructure and SAP teams to deliver assessments, target design, a migration and cutover plan, build and test activities, onsite cutover support and formal knowledge transfer. Keytree’s delivery resulted in a successful SAP platform refresh with minimal business disruption, consolidation and modernisation of servers and storage, improved performance and resilience for SAP production systems, reduced project risk through clear cutover/rollback plans, and enhanced operational documentation for Dyson’s operations team.
