Unified Communications Services Provider needed to validate that its corporate network could support Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business across LAN, WiFi, WAN, MPLS and cloud before a major UC rollout. Keysight was engaged to perform a network readiness assessment to detect capacity bottlenecks, hidden upgrade costs and other issues that could harm user experience and adoption.

Keysight used its Hawkeye solution to run dry‑run tests that injected simulated UC traffic between offices and data centers, verifying performance and exposing site‑to‑site connectivity problems that the customer fixed and rechecked prior to go‑live. By using Keysight’s Hawkeye assessments the provider identified required link upgrades, reduced production firefighting, improved day‑one user experience and accelerated end‑user adoption — delivering clear ROI through avoided outages and better rollout planning.
