Keysight’s Eggplant solution — including Digital Automation Intelligence (DAI) and Real Customer Insights (RCI) — automated test generation, optimization and analytics, letting Studio spot third-party performance issues, predict customer impact, and focus testing on high-value journeys. The results included a 15% reduction in page load times, regression test creation cut from four days to four hours, identification that 40% of regression effort targeted rarely used areas, and a forecasted £8M revenue uplift from a 1.5s Android load-time improvement, enabling faster fixes, better resource allocation and a move toward weekly/daily releases.
