One Test for Multiple Salesforce Environments

Conga, a leading provider of document generation, process automation and contract management apps on the Salesforce AppExchange with roughly 9,000 customers, faced a quality challenge: ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across Salesforce’s two distinct UIs (Classic and Lightning) while avoiding duplicated manual testing work. Using Keysight Eggplant, Conga implemented image‑based, reusable tests that run across Salesforce Classic and Lightning, letting a single script cover multiple environments and enabling non‑developers to add tests easily. Keysight’s Eggplant freed testers from repetitive manual tasks, vastly increased cross‑browser test coverage, reduced duplicate effort, and made test results easier to interpret from a user‑perspective — improving QA throughput and helping Conga maintain its high customer satisfaction.
