New IoT Test and Certification Lab in Spain

Tecnalia, a leading independent research and technology center in Spain, needed to build a new IoT test and certification lab to help customers quantify RF performance and meet compliance requirements. To equip and staff the facility, Tecnalia selected Keysight solutions — including the E7515A UXM wireless test set, X8711A IoT device functional test, N7610C Signal Studio, and 89601B PathWave vector signal analysis — and sought vendor support for training and startup.

Keysight delivered an end-to-end suite of instruments, software, technical training, Remote Productivity Services and Start‑up Assistance, allowing Tecnalia to consolidate vendors, ramp up staff skills, and operate the lab quickly. The lab shortened customer decision time from an indefinite period to a few weeks, reduced expenses, and helped Tecnalia grow its market share by 15%.
