Nationwide Adapts for Growth with Eggplant

Nationwide Building Society, the UK’s largest building society, faced rising demand to test mobile and web services across more than 250 device and browser combinations while keeping all development IP and test infrastructure securely in the UK. To meet these security and scalability requirements as part of its digital transformation, Nationwide engaged Keysight and adopted Keysight’s Eggplant solutions, including Eggplant Functional, Eggplant Integrations, and Eggplant Automation Cloud.

Keysight implemented a private Eggplant Automation Cloud on Nationwide’s Citrix infrastructure, together with Eggplant Functional and Integrations to enable image-based, user-centric test automation and CI/ALM linkage. The platform now supports about 50 remote testers, has increased testing volume with partners, and is driving automation of regression suites — Nationwide forecasts roughly a 50% reduction in regression test pack run time while enabling broader coverage across 250+ device/browser combinations.
