Large Retail Pharmacy, a nationwide retailer with more than 8,000 outlets and two data centers, faced visibility and monitoring problems: SPAN port shortages, packet drops from its switch-based approach, difficulty filtering traffic for multiple teams, and risk to critical e-commerce and payment systems.
