Keysight Test Solutions Help Enflame Tech Accelerate AI Chip Post-Silicon Validation

Enflame Tech, a start-up that designs deep learning accelerator SoCs and AI training platforms for cloud and data centers, faced shrinking design margins as PCIe speeds moved from 16 Gb/s (PCIe 4.0) toward 32 Gb/s (PCIe 5.0). To accelerate post‑silicon validation of high‑speed SerDes Tx, Rx, and channel performance, Enflame selected Keysight and adopted Keysight’s total PCIe test solution, including the DSAZ504A oscilloscope, M8040A high‑performance BERT, and N5225B PNA for channel analysis.

Keysight implemented a test platform using the 50 GHz DSAZ504A scope, M8040A BERT (configurable today for PCIe 4.0 and upgradeable to PCIe 5.0), and N5225B network analyzer for insertion/return loss and channel validation. With Keysight’s equipment and methodology, Enflame accelerated high‑speed I/O validation, future‑proofed its test capability for PCIe 5.0, and improved engineering efficiency by about 20%.
