Microprocessor Company needed a faster, more reliable way to validate high-speed I/O between microprocessors and peripherals, monitor voltage deviations across the operating range, and access logged data without slow, archaic instrument interfaces. To meet these challenges they turned to Keysight and its Truevolt series—specifically the Keysight 34461A DMM—for high-performance voltage monitoring and data capture.
Keysight implemented the 34461A Truevolt DMM with high-speed USB/LAN I/O, advanced triggering/digitizing, built-in statistical tools and real-time graphing and logging, enabling automated capture and analysis of transient and time-series voltage data. Using Keysight’s solution eliminated manual correlation and data logging, sped test throughput by up to 5x, and delivered faster time-to-insight through real-time limits monitoring and visualizations.
