Migrating Applications Data Center engaged Keysight to de-risk a migration of business‑critical applications to data center and cloud hosting. The challenge was that moving to geographically dispersed, outsourced resources could degrade application performance—with sensitivity to packet delay, jitter, and loss—and IT lacked visibility into whether remote carriers and transport would meet SLAs. Keysight used the Ixia Hawkeye solution to validate reachability and quality of access from all remote sites before migration.

Keysight deployed turnkey Hawkeye virtual and hardware/software endpoints in target data centers and office locations, installed a Hawkeye management console, modeled application traffic, and ran oversubscription and busy‑hour tests to pinpoint bottlenecks.
