Regional Bank, a large regional financial institution undergoing a digital transformation, was seeing increased customer complaints, slower application response times, and recurring performance issues as legacy monitoring tools became overwhelmed. To address the need for objective, scalable visibility and faster troubleshooting, the bank engaged Keysight and deployed a hybrid visibility platform using Keysight virtual cloud-taps and Vision-series network packet brokers alongside Keysight Hawkeye and a new APM solution.
Keysight implemented automated, API-driven visibility (including CloudLens/virtual taps and Vision X packet broker capabilities) and helped establish an APM center of excellence to route the right traffic to the right tools and automate workflows. As a result of Keysight’s solution, the bank achieved a 30% reduction in MTTR for key applications, a 25% drop in application-related support cases, and freed IT staff to focus on proactive monitoring and improvement projects.
