Global Automotive Component Manufacturer was facing low first-pass yield (FPY) and a lengthy root-cause analysis (RCA) process that left an equipment issue unresolved for nearly six months, forcing production slowdowns and monthly maintenance. To regain operational agility, the Global Automotive Component Manufacturer engaged Keysight and adopted Keysight’s PathWave Manufacturing Analytics (PMA) solution.

Keysight implemented PMA to ingest and analyze the same large data set, using predictive alerts, fixture comparison, and automated report generation to pinpoint the faulty fixture and diagnose failures. The Keysight solution reduced RCA from six months to five minutes, improved FPY, enabled daily fixture-health monitoring, lowered project risk and manual effort, and helped future-proof the manufacturer’s test and validation workflows.
