World Leading Multinational Semiconductor Company, developing System-on-a-Chip (SoC) for advanced wearable devices, needed to build sophisticated power‑management schemes (covering currents from nA sleep modes to hundreds of mA active modes), reliably validate and debug long‑duration operations, and shorten time‑to‑market. To address these challenges they turned to Keysight and the CX3300 Series Device Current Waveform Analyzer.

Keysight delivered the CX3300 with features such as Automatic Current Profiler, AI‑driven Anomalous Waveform Analytics, Waveform Trend Analyzer and a high‑capacity data‑logger (continuous capture up to 100 hours, wide bandwidth/sampling), enabling fast, automated analysis of large waveform datasets. As a result, the customer quickly optimized power consumption, identified previously undetected defects and improved device reliability, and deployed more than 10 Keysight CX3300 units across R&D sites worldwide.
