Life Fitness, a nearly 40-year leader in commercial fitness equipment, needed a faster, clearer way to develop and communicate large-scale, biomechanically driven products to internal teams and executives. The challenge was to validate color, material and finish (CMF) choices, explain part assemblies, and produce marketing assets under tight launch deadlines without relying on costly, time-consuming physical prototypes.

By importing SolidWorks models into KeyShot and using its material library plus Adobe graphics, Life Fitness produced photoreal renderings, CMF documentation and fly-through animations early in the process. The result: quicker executive approvals, reduced prototyping costs, improved manufacturing planning, and ready-to-use marketing, packaging and installation visuals delivered on schedule with high-quality presentation.
