Very Special Kids - Customer Case Study

Very Special Kids (VSK) is a Melbourne-based not-for-profit children’s hospice that supports more than 900 families across Victoria with over 100 staff and 953 volunteers. VSK faced a legacy payroll system that required manual timesheet calculations, complex EBA interpretations, frequent chasing of paper timesheets and poor vendor support — pain points that made payroll slow and error-prone.
