Regal Health, an in-home aged care and NDIS provider in Sydney employing over 200 staff (around 170 casual and part-time field workers), needed a payroll system that could handle rapid growth, complex modern awards (SCHADS, Nurses Award) and integrate with their rostering and accounting platforms. After shifting subcontractors to employees, they faced time-consuming manual payroll, award interpretation challenges and the need to maintain data integrity between systems—so they engaged KeyPay for a payroll solution.

KeyPay implemented an award-aware payroll platform with custom rule sets, integrations to Skedulo for rostering and Xero for accounting, and automated portals for leave and expense claims.
