PPC Moulding Services, a precision plastic injection moulder in Western Sydney that has grown from 20 to 260 staff and expanded into Malaysia, needed a scalable, modern payroll solution to replace paper cards and outdated fob-based systems. The HR team sought automated award interpretation, time and attendance tracking, and reduced manual leave and payroll processing, so they implemented KeyPay’s cloud payroll platform including the Clock Me In time-and-attendance app and employee self-service portal.
KeyPay automated timesheets, award calculations and leave management, giving supervisors and HR real-time visibility and shifting data ownership to staff. As a result, payroll processing dropped from one day to about two hours per week, leave processing fell from five hours to zero, hardware/key replacement costs were eliminated, manual calculation errors disappeared, and employee requests were largely eliminated.
