Honest to Goodness - Customer Case Study

Honest to Goodness, a Sydney-based online retailer, wholesaler and distributor of organic food with around 60 employees across office, warehouse, store and market stall, needed a payroll system that also managed rostering and award interpretation. Prior to KeyPay they used MYOB and a paper-based timesheet and leave system that required manual entry, doubled handling, introduced errors and made historical records hard to find; they began using KeyPay in 2016 to address these challenges.

KeyPay implemented its payroll, rostering and time‑and‑attendance solution — including Clock Me In iPads onsite and the WorkZone mobile app for market staff — to digitise timesheets, onboarding and document acknowledgements and to automate award interpretation and compliance updates. As a result, Honest to Goodness eliminated paperwork, stopped chasing and manually entering timesheets, gained real‑time visibility of roster costs, has historical data fully online, and substantially reduced administrative workload across the business.
