Disability Connect Victoria is a local NDIS & TAC provider in Victoria that delivers in‑home and community support. As the organisation grew from about 50–70 staff to 130 employees, CEO/CFO Rhys Gorman needed to future‑proof payroll, reduce manual timesheet work and ensure correct SCHADS award pay — so they moved their payroll processes from Xero to KeyPay.
KeyPay’s payroll platform, including award interpretation, Xero integration and Clock Me In time & attendance, automated timesheet imports, ensured correct award calculations and made employee self‑setup simple.
