A Keyhole Case Study
The Special Olympics, the world’s largest sports organization for people with intellectual disabilities, needed to capture and measure the social buzz around major events like the 2015 World Summer Games and to evaluate celebrity and influencer impact and ROI. To meet that challenge they adopted Keyhole’s real-time social analytics platform to monitor activity across Twitter and Instagram and identify who was truly driving engagement.
Keyhole delivered a Dashboard and Tracker reports (plus API-fed custom reports) that let the Special Olympics monitor posts in real time, sort audiences by follower count and engagement, and track impressions, engagement and conversions—including the impact of ambassador Brooklyn Decker. Using Keyhole’s reports, the organization quantified impressions on Twitter and Instagram, demonstrated ROI to stakeholders, measured influencer-driven conversions, and maintained steady social growth.
