Thames Water, the UK’s largest water and wastewater services provider, partnered with procurement consultancy Efficio to manage its sourcing activity. Efficio needed a system to streamline project processes, remove the need for a full‑time PMO, simplify back‑office workflows and provide a clear, accurate view of project performance and future revenues.
