Wallace Community College faced significant logistical challenges in managing access to its state fleet vehicles. The college implemented Keycafe's smart key management system to automate the process. The solution involved a Keycafe SmartBox that dispenses keys. After a vehicle request is approved, Keycafe automatically sends the driver a unique access code valid only for their booking duration, enabling 24/7 self-serve key pickups and drop-offs.
