Casual Nomad, a boutique short-term rental company, needed to provide a comfortable and completely touchless check-in experience for its guests. The challenge was to give travelers the freedom to arrive on their own terms without needing to interact with staff or handle paperwork. Keycafe’s system, integrated with the Guesty property management platform, automated the entire process. Upon booking, a unique code is generated and sent to the guest, allowing them to retrieve their key from a Keycafe SmartBox. This solution helped Casual Nomad save time, cut down on administrative errors, and eliminate lost keys, resulting in a seamless and elegant guest arrival experience.
