The Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) needed a PCI compliant payment solution to securely handle its membership join and renewal processes, both online and by telephone. They enlisted Key IVR to provide a secure web payment and payment IVR service to meet this requirement.
Key IVR developed and implemented integrated website and interactive voice solutions, enabling automated debit and credit card payments. This was later extended to include a new course booking functionality for the customer's training programs. As a result, CICM's customers can now make secure, PCI-DSS level 1 compliant payments online or over the phone 24/7.
