MC, the retail business unit of Sonae Group and owner of Portugal’s leading supermarket chain Continente, wanted to scale its retail media business and better use its rich loyalty and customer data. To do this, MC partnered with Kevel Audience to move beyond manually managed ad placements and build a more advanced, data-driven retail media offering.
Kevel helped MC launch Endless, its retail media brand, with a full ad tech stack including audience targeting, product catalog syncing, and ad serving across site and loyalty app placements. In six months, MC rolled out 160 new ad placements, synced more than 2 million products, created 100+ new segments, and achieved a 478% ROAS, while also enabling ROPO attribution and more personalized campaigns.
