A KesselsKramer Case Study
The customer Timberland faced the challenge of building a community around sustainability and reconnecting customers with nature at their new EMEA flagship store on Carnaby Street in London. The goal was to drive repeat visits and meaningful engagement from an urban audience. Vendor KesselsKramer was tasked with addressing this.
KesselsKramer's solution was to create a rolling program of nature-related art installations and workshops in collaboration with local artists. This initiative brought a Flower Power spirit to the store and encouraged Londoners to make space for nature. The program featured limited-edition prints for purchase, which drove repeat customer traffic to the store to buy both the prints and Timberland gear.
