A Kerve Case Study
The customer Pandora, a jewelry brand, faced the challenge of expanding its customer base to include men, who were traditionally less interested in buying ladies' jewelry. Partnering with vendor Kerve, they sought to solve this through a dynamic display advert in the GQ iPad edition.
Kerve implemented a solution by hacking the back-end of Conde Nast's digital ad platform to serve dynamic content and utilizing the iPad's accelerometer to make the ad fully interactive. This created the first fully interactive ad for Conde Nast, which responded to the reader's movements and showed different gift ideas. The campaign set a new benchmark for digital ads for Conde Nast and became an example of best practice innovation for their sales teams.
