A Kerve Case Study
Deliveroo, a food delivery service, faced the challenge of creatively promoting their data insight that breakfast orders spike significantly on a specific December date. Their PR agency, Talker Tailor Troublemaker, partnered with the vendor Kerve to develop an engaging activation to capture public attention and drive engagement around this finding.
Kerve designed and built an experiential installation called a "Rash Point," which was a bacon roll-dispensing cash point machine. This involved taking over a restaurant space, creating window vinyls, constructing an ATM facade, and developing a custom ordering interface that encouraged donations to Save The Children. The solution was highly successful, resulting in 478 bacon rolls being distributed and £692 raised for charity. The campaign garnered extensive media coverage, achieving an online readership of 23.7 million and a print circulation of 310,000.
