Case Study: Jones Lang LaSalle cuts costs and risk with Kerv Collaborate SIP migration

A Kerv Case Study

Preview of the Jones Laing LaSalle Case Study

Migration from ISDN to SIP cuts risk, boosts performance and halves costs

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), the global real estate services company, needed to move quickly off ISDN as BT phased out the service and to reduce risk across more than 60 offices in the UK and Europe. JLL brought in Kerv Collaborate to provide project planning consultancy, a scope of works, and requirements definition for a SIP migration, leveraging its existing Avaya telephony and Verizon MPLS infrastructure.

Kerv Collaborate designed and delivered the migration from ISDN to SIP across 78 sites in 12 European countries, including discovery, design, rollout, cut-over, and handover, with ongoing support and performance reporting. The project improved resilience and service levels, made the infrastructure SIP-ready for future cloud communications, and delivered first-year savings of 47% across call costs and ISDN line rentals, with ROI in 4.5 months and savings of up to 80% in some countries.
