A Kerv Case Study
Metropolis International Group, a long-established publishing business with heavy outbound call activity from its sales centre, wanted to reduce the cost of voice services and line rentals without disrupting operations. Kerv supported the review through call analysis, tariff comparisons, industry benchmarking, usage projections, and contract review to identify where savings could be found.
Kerv then used an innovative tariff simulation and carrier negotiation process to show that significant savings were possible, even without changing the existing network carrier. By taking over management of Metropolis’s voice services and billing through a novation agreement with BT, Kerv delivered a simple migration with no disruption, and gave the finance team ongoing monitoring of call records to keep costs optimized.
