A Kerv Case Study
Keko London, a Soho-based advertising and marketing agency, needed reliable high-speed connectivity to support large files, cloud apps and collaboration tools, but ran into major delays when a promised fibre connection to the building proved difficult to deliver. After months of failed surveys, wayleave issues and escalating costs, the company faced disrupted operations and serious business risk. Kerv stepped in with Kerv Collaborate to provide an interim EFM connection while the fibre issues were resolved.
Kerv Collaborate had a 15Mb EFM line up and running within 5 weeks, quickly improving productivity and giving Keko London a workable connection. Kerv then worked directly with authorities, Openreach and contractors to push through wayleaves, road closures and construction, ultimately delivering a 1Gb circuit within 4 months and providing 300Mbps with room to grow. The faster, hands-on approach helped save the agency, avoiding further losses and restoring business continuity.
