Transport for London - Customer Case Study

Transport For London’s Passenger Agents Sales Service (PASS) manages sales of daily, weekly and monthly passes, Travelcards and photocards through a network of about 2,300 small retail agents and bulk customers. PASS faced large discrepancies between physical ticket stocks (around 200 ticket types) and its records, and its legacy IBM System 36 accounting could not support accurate stock reconciliation. Kerridge Commercial Systems was engaged and implemented OneOffice to replace the outdated system.

Kerridge Commercial Systems’ OneOffice delivered a fully integrated ticket management and accounting solution with handheld devices for field staff, stock movement recording, invoicing and re‑ordering. The result was tight financial control, near‑elimination of stock discrepancies, faster payment collection and improved cash flow, timely management accounts soon after month end, better sales forecasting and measurable time and cost savings across operations.
