Aerco, a West Sussex distributor of safety-critical electrical components for rail and military aerospace markets, had been using Kerridge Commercial Systems’ One Office for 15 years but found it could no longer keep up with their growth. Needing to stop relying on bespoke programming and multiple programs, Aerco elected to upgrade to Kerridge Commercial Systems’ K8 ERP solution to consolidate systems and streamline processes.

Kerridge Commercial Systems implemented K8 on an on‑premise server for 55 Aerco users, delivering integrated financial accounting, trading, logistics and management functionality plus K8 Web Builder so customers can browse product information and availability and place orders. The migration to K8 has put “everything in one place,” reduced the need for ad hoc custom work and simplified business processes while providing a measurable footprint of 55 active users on the new platform.
